Before I ship off on a well-deserved and likely camera-free Carribbean vacation, I wanted to give all you California folks a heads up about an awesome class coming up. My hommie, Leena, over at Leena Eats is teaching a canning workshop on pickles in San Francisco on May 10th. She’ll be teaching people how to make spicy dill asparagus pickles and sweet pickled cherries. I can personally attest that Leena’s pickled five-spice sweet cherries are KICKASS and totally worth going to the class for. For more details, click here.
