Spaghetti, Meatballs, and Garlic Bread
A: Well, we haven’t gotten around to posting our thanksgiving tribute, but everyone can expect to see that over the next few days. As far as dinner tonight is concerned, it was a very special night. That’s right, folks. Tonight, I didn’t make dinner by myself, I had a sous chef. Tyler helped me make absolutely every aspect of this meal. He even made his very first bread, which happened to come out delightful.
T: it was a good meal.
A: anything in particular that you liked or disliked?
T: the bread was wicked. Can’t say enough about it. The sauce was very delicious. The meatballs were also awesome. I liked the italian sausage aspect. They could have been more crumbly.
A: I completely agree. They were definately too tightly held together, but tasty nonetheless. So, what do you give it, T-dogs?
T: I give this one a 9.35/10. It was mighty fine. Better than mighty fine. But it could be tweaked.
A: You couldn’t have said that better. It was an awesome meal, but it will be tweaked, and made even more awesomer. I give this meal an 8.93/10. The meatballs need some tweaking. Good flavor, but the consistency just wasn’t there. It’s been a long time since we’ve blogged, and I’m feeling rusty, T.
T: me too, for sure. We’ll have to work on that.
A: for sure, dude.
