This is just another example of why I haven’t been able to concentrate on food blogging for the past almost two years! When the you’ve got the distractions of tropical life in your back porch (and a lack of air conditioning inside) sometimes the last place you want to be is in the kitchen. This particular sunset was taken in Boqueron. I’m posting it tonight as a sneak peak of what’s to come because I’ll be spending the Thanksgiving holiday there this year! And speaking of Thanksgiving, next week I’ll begin rolling out holiday recipes, so let holiday season officially begin.
