It’s the weekend after Halloween in Rincon, and what that means here is the annual Quicksilver Halloween Skins Competition at Dome’s beach! This dude had my favorite costume: a cardboard mask of Carlos Lopez, the current town mayor. Perfect for the upcoming election this Tuesday. If Carlos Lopez were actually that hot, maybe I’d consider registering to vote in Puerto Rico rather than keeping my vote in Cali. 😉
