Stuffed Turkey Burgers and Okra
T: Amanda, you have a gift for the sandwich.
A: well thank yew tahler. Sandwiches excite me.
T: that sandwich tonight excited the heck out of me. I couldn’t talk until I had finished the first bite. I didn’t want to interupt the flavor. It was that good. And, by god, it was turkey of all things.
A: and by that you mean to say turkey’s not tasty?
T: I think it’s tasty, but it’s not as moist as beef or lamb.
A: mmm.. lamb.. mmmmmm….
T: mmmm…
A: mm hmm.
T: yeah.
A: nuff said. So, as a reminder for anybody that might be reading this, if you ever want to know how we do what we do (aka get a recipe from us) you can email us.
A: well tell me what’d ya think?
T: It was so italiany.
A: maybe mediteranean in general.
T: I loved the pesto. Also, I loved the cheese being in the patty itself. It added some variety to the large uniform slab of meat.
A: you make that sound so tasty, tyler 😉
T: a damn tasty large slab of meat. Anyway, I like the way you season okra. I love the taste of okra, and your seasoning really brings out that flavor.
A: I think it’s about time you gave it a rating.
T: I give the meal a 9.73/10. It was spectacular. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had.
A: I give the meal a 9.07. It was dammmn tasty. The only thing I would have changed was the amount of pesto on the buns. I thought it got to be a little too olive oily for me to have considered it spectacular.
T: please make more burgers. And sandwiches. And stuffed things.
A: it would be my pleasure, and my taste buds’ pleasures.
Kwaherini mabibi na mabwana. Till next time.
