Lamb Steak with Rosemary Hashbrown Sweet Potatoes

Pictured is a lamb steak with a rosemary and black pepper rub, garnished with feta. The steak is served on top of rosemary hashbrowned sweet potatoes deglazed with taragon vinegar. The plate is garnished with a lemon rosemary vinegarette.

 

Lemon Balsamic Marinated Salmon with Purple Hull Peas

Pictured here is a salmon filet marinated with lemon, balsamic vinegar, ginger, and fresh jalepenos. The salmon is served with purple hull peas that have been sauteed with red onion and ginger, and then baked beneath the salmon to infuse the rich flavors.

 

Lentil and Smoked Pork Soup

Pictured here is a hearty soup made with lentils, smoked pork, mirapois, garlic, fresh thyme, parsley, and other spices. The soup is served over jasmine rice.

 

Danish Bleu Cheese and Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chop

Pictured is a double-cut pork chop stuffed with Rosenborg bleu cheese and sauteed cranberries. The chop is served with roasted rosemary potatoes and brussels sprouts and topped with caramelized mushrooms and onions which were deglazed with sherry vinegar.
