		<description>I made this today and it was delicious. My stew wasn&#039;t as thick as it could be as I only had a few new potatoes to work with, and I used bacon instead of ham steak. But man, it was yummy.There&#039;s still a lot left for tomorrow as well. Thanks for posting the recipe.</description>
