Served with a chanterelle, shitake and crimini risotto. Thanks, the flavors were different from my usual and it was quite easy. Change is yum!! Very, very yummy chicken!

"Frenching" the chicken was kind of a pain, but it paid off in the end. They really looked cool. I only had time to marinate them for a little over an hour, but the taste still came out wonderful. I paired them with some grilled corn on the cob and I'd have to say, it's a perfect combo. Thanks for the recipe!
