I have seen soups in a pumpkin all over the place this fall - a very popular dish. I have yet to try my hands at making soup in a pumpkin but seeing it advertised so much I’m definitely going to have to attempt this one. The picture is fabulous. Thanks for the recipe.

thanks jonah! you’re right on… there squash soups and fall pretty much always equate goodness.
