		<description>michelle, that&#039;s actually something that i&#039;ve been inconsistent with as far as breads are concerned, until recently.  i think i made one pretty salty bread early on in my bread making days and it made me afraid to over season, but some where in there it kind of worked it&#039;s way out.  even underseasoned homemade bread is still rocking in my book!

why thank you chase!  this bread sounds perfect for you!  perhaps you&#039;ll give it a whirl sometime and let me know how it turns out!
