Ok, guys I'm officially living here in San Diego now and the first thing I'm making in the new (to me) kitchen is Amanda's tomatillo salsa. I saw this a while back and have been meaning to make it but I was waiting until I was actually moved in and unpacked. I'm not unpacked yet but the kitchen is somewhat put together so I'm making it tonight. Thanks for another great recipe!

With all the tomatillo salsas out there, there is one that I try to emulate; it uses just the tomatillos, serrano chilies, cilantro, lime and salt. No blanching of the tomatillo; totally awesome. I made some and it was so good the spouse put some in his tuna sandwich (erroneously, he thought he was putting in pickle relish) and it was THE best sandwich. Now I have to make it more often. I love mine in my shrimp tacos mostly.
