Boy go out of town for 2 weeks, and you really miss some great things online!
Now I"m going to chase down these commenters, and see how far I have to go to get in too! what a great concept.

Ok, don't have a blog but been searching trying to find how to give your sidekick a compliment. His food photos are great and if it is not already in his line of business I'd suggest he consider it. If nothing else to do advertising, or public relations photos for opening restaurants, or restaurant columns... you get the idea. Your blog is great (found it trying to id seasoning for barley soup). I'm not a blogger normally but will check back on your recipes often, nice site - astounding photos. Thanks.

Amanda,

Though my post has been up for days...I haven't had any bites! Only people who wish they had blogs but do not. It's slightly embarassing, but mostly just comical. My traffic is totally like normal, so I thought the spots would be filled right away....does this mean nobody wants to deal with sending more gifts around the holiday season? Or that nobody wants my homemade treats? I think they are scared I will send them a thermos of broccoli soup!
;-)

[...] Thanks to Amanda at What We’re Eating, I am participating in Pay it Forward - The Blog Edition. Here’s how it works: I will send handmade gifts to the first three people who leave a comment and tell me they are interested in playing. In order to play, you must have your own blog (doesn’t have to be a food blog) and you must continue to ‘pay it forward’ by promising the same thing to your readers.
I finally figured out what was weird about the picture above, the dirty finger nails. Not saying its a bad thing, just something struck me as odd or off, and I finally figured it out. Kind of like when you see a special effect scene in a movie, and you can't figure out what exactly, then realize that one shadow is at the wrong angle realtive to the sun, or other shadows.
