One sick chef
December 27th, 2006
Tonight Amanda is sick in bed and eating yogurt when she can. Looks like it will be carryout for me.
T:I got back to San Diego today from spending Christmas in Baton Rouge only to find a sick Amanda! Apparently she ate some Lean Cuisine last night and has been going through the effects of food poisoning ever since. She mentioned that it had spinach in it. Could this have been the dreaded E. coli spinach from a couple of months ago that made it into a Lean Cuisine dinner and then found its way into our freezer? Not sure, but I can’t personally recommend eating frozen Lean Cuisine dinners that contain spinach. Get better Mandy! Then we’ll go eat Indian!

Oh no!
If you get sick from eating nice stuff, like scallops, you can at least say that its better to get sick once than never eat nice food. But Lean Cuisine? That’s harsh! Hope you feel better soon!

I feel for you Amanda. I got sick with food poisoning while I was in the states and it was so miserable
I really hope you start feeling better soon.

Amanda, it is is food poisoning you may need to see your health care provider. I hate eColi twice and from reputable restaurants. Take care and T, get her some from scratch chicken soup!
