		<description>Don&#039;t just have the processed, pate-like spread of fois gras(have it too!) but butter sauteed, fresh foie gras with a cherry or fig sauce is an experience not to be missed!  If you have the opportunity, go to Madeline&#039;s in Sens, France during the summer.</description>

		<description>Foie gras....try it if it comes around, but, I am jaded ever since I ate about 2 pounds of it in less than 30 minutes. I was bullies into drinking the juice from a terrine on the line one night and almost booted, but I swallowed it back down.  If you want I&#039;ll send you some, french foie is the way to go, but hudson valley is not too bad especially if its all you can get,  and I can tell you the easy way to remove the veins, a spoon......</description>

As for foie gras, I think it&#039;s vile (even before I went vegetarian), but I had some once...I think it was duck on a dried apricot and that was a tasty combo...you know, if you want some cookin&#039; ideas.</description>

haha, i did it again yesterday.  some ancient chocolate ganache had fused itself to one of my not so near and dear bowls.  it had to go -   hanging my head in shame.... :)</description>
