A Passion for Flavor
Amanda first gained her passion for cooking at the age of 5 when her
father, a culinary school grad, taught her to make her family's Chesapeake
Bay crab cakes. Amanda continued cooking with her father and eventually
entered into the restaurant industry with the hopes of someday running
her own restaurant. Amanda now has over 10 years of experience in the
restaurant industry and 4 years of experience as a caterer and personal
chef and has acted as Sous Chef to Executive Chef Robert Williams, C.I.A.
